What exactly is this program?

A personalized 12-week tendon-loading program designed to rebuild your elbow - while you keep playing.

We start with a Root Cause Assessment to pinpoint the exact issue behind your pain. From there, we build a customized rehab plan tailored to your goals, sport demands, and current pain level.

You’ll get bi-weekly reassessments and plan updates to ensure steady progress. Everything is delivered through our rehab app, where you’ll see exactly what to do - with video-guided exercises, progress tracking, and one-on-one messaging for support.

Each week, you’ll receive new progressions, practice and competition guardrails, and quick check-ins for adjustments. We also include video analysis of your technique, with expert feedback to correct movement patterns and prevent flare-ups.

What is The ACE Method?

Assess – We start with a Root Cause Assessment to pinpoint which tendons and movement patterns are breaking down and why they aren’t healing.

Correct – We then use a progressive loading plan to retrain your tendons using the principle of mechanotransduction - the process where mechanical load turns into biological repair signals. This is how your body rebuilds damaged tendon tissue from the inside out.

Execute – Finally, we restore strength, control, and power that’s specific to your sport, so you can return to the court confidently - without fear of pain coming back.

Who is this for?

Adult players with persistent elbow pain (tennis/pickleball elbow, lateral epicondylitis, golfer’s elbow) who are ready to follow a clear plan and stay on court.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Will I have to stop playing?

No. We scale your load so you can keep hitting while the tendon rebuilds. You’ll get “red / yellow / green” rules for practice, feeding, and matches.

I’ve tried PT, braces, rest, even injections. Why would this work?
